Andy owns Studio 3, a health and beauty spa in Aylesbury, with his wife Sara. An electronic engineer by trade, Andy has raced a variety of both single seater and saloon cars since he moved from karting to contest the Formula First series in 1997. After a successful 1998 Formula Euro First Winter Series campaign, Andy raced against the likes of current Formula 1 driver Takuma Sato and IRL driver Tomas Schecktar in the 1999 Formula Opel Europa Cup. In 2000 Andy moved to saloons, while the highlight of his career to date came in 2001 when he made his BTCC race debut. Andy had brief spell in the 2002 British GT Championship in a Marcos Manitis and stopped racing in 2003 to concentrate on gaining a licence to fly helicopters. Andy is sponsored by Create Online, Cannons Health Centre and Time Aviation.
